- Prepare the annual budget for approval
- Manage and oversee the ushers and counters
- Maintain the physical facilities of the church and parsonage
- Plan and execute major projects for building and improvements
- Manage the Barnabas ministry, which strives to help those in need both inside and outside of our body
- Coordinate annual stewardship/work days
- Maintain the church's technology (computers, web site, e-mail list, etc.)
